A disturbed, distracted, and stupefied mind is unable to employ the body and senses to undertake a purposeful task. A jumpy monkey mind has no chance to accomplish anything or even to figure out what is right and what is not right. With such a mind you cannot work with your body, you cannot work with your consciousness, you cannot work with your relationships, you cannot even work at your job effectively.
Yoga means union, first union with oneself. But we are not united with ourselves, we are split with body and mind, body and emotion. To unite within, we need to get centered.
How we can use yoga practice to get centered?
Through standing pose we get to learn grounding, then we lead you to different yoga asana and encourage you to find your own center. Through centering we can bring balance in body, mind and spirit.
Following meditation is a tool to learn how to distinguish between our superficial mind that appears at first and then opening the layers of subconsciousness to deepen our understanding of »who am I«. We use breath as powerful tool to remove unwanted emotion and bring healthy emotions to live a life of joy and happiness. In this meditation we will learn to let go.
Learn how to control negative emotion by changing the breath and body. Bring hormony between body and emotion, between body and mind. Changing the thoughts can bring big changes in your life. Body will follow what mind will say.
